Cozy Foot started in 2014 as a four-person hand-tufting workshop in Ningbo, China. Our founder spotted an untapped opportunity: most chenille slippers sold in the US and Europe were made on automated machines, but buyers increasingly wanted small-batch, fully custom designs →exactly the kind of work hand-tufting excels at.

By 2017 we added our first computerized embroidery head. By 2020 we ran 6 lines. Today we operate 12 embroidery production lines and ship more than 300,000 pairs per year to customers in 20+ countries →with the United States as our largest market.

Throughout this growth, we never outsourced. Every pair still passes through our Ningbo workshop. Every step →yarn selection, hand-tufting, embroidery, sewing, QC, packaging →happens under one roof. That's the only way we can guarantee the quality our customers sign off on.

1. In-house embroidery, every order

Unlike trading companies that outsource your logo to a third-party embroiderer (and add 30-50% to your cost), we own 12 production lines under one roof. Your logo never leaves our workshop.

2. Hand-tufting for custom designs

Machines are great for volume. But for full-custom logos, complex patterns, and Pantone-perfect color matching, we still hand-tuft →the same way it's been done for 70 years.

3. 500-pair MOQ on chenille

Most chenille factories quote 1,000-5,000 pairs minimum. We accept 500 because our hand-tufting section absorbs the setup cost. Smaller brands can launch without overstocking.

4. Real certifications, not badges

Our BSCI, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Sedex SMETA, and ISO 9001 certifications are audit-verified annually. We send the certificates with every quote →and you can verify on the issuing body's website.

5. One merchandiser, your project, start to ship
