Custom samples: 7 days, $80–$150 per sample (refundable against bulk order over 1,000 pairs). Free for orders 1,000+ pairs. We offer 2 free revision rounds. White-label samples: 3 days, $30 per pair.
Every order goes through a pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection (industry standard for soft goods). Defect rate is typically below 1.5%. We retain batch samples for 12 months. If you receive a defective pair, we replace it at no cost or credit your next order.
Yes. We offer EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to US, EU, UK, AU, and CA. DDP means the price you see is the price you pay →we handle customs, duties, and final-mile delivery. Typical transit: 15–25 days by sea, 5→ days by air.
Absolutely. Our ODM service includes 3 original concepts designed in-house, complete with tech-packs, material specs, and 3D mockups. Once you sign off and pay in full, you own 100% of the IP. Exclusive SKU protection is available for an additional fee.
30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established clients (3+ orders), we can offer Net-30 after a credit check. We accept USD, EUR, and RMB via T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance.
